Our Refund Policy

At Gilrs.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aliakhss.123@gmail.com with photos of the item and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges
